Getting around LAS
Two terminals in separate areas of the campus — you cannot walk between them. Terminal 1 handles the A, B, C and D gates; Terminal 3 serves all international airlines plus select domestic carriers with its own check-in, baggage claim and CBP, and the D and E gates. The D gates satellite concourse is shared, reached by automated tram (Blue Line from T1, Red Line from T3). Five TSA checkpoints total.
Where hotel shuttles pick up at LAS
Terminal 1 group shuttles board on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7–13. Terminal 3 shuttles board on Level Zero at the west end, with an additional east-side location for international arrivals. The free inter-terminal shuttle boards at T1 Level 0. LAS runs no courtesy hotel-shuttle program — it lists paid third-party operators only, and the Monorail does not serve the airport.
This is the detail most travelers get wrong. Confirm the pickup point with your hotel when you book — shuttle stops move during construction, and at several airports they are not at the arrivals curb at all.

Airport-area hotels near LAS are concentrated in The Las Vegas Strip, Off the Strip, Downtown Las Vegas. Staying inside one of these clusters is usually what makes a free shuttle and included parking possible in the first place.
Worth knowing at LAS: Unlike most major airports, LAS has no free hotel courtesy-shuttle program — Strip resorts generally charge for self-parking and don't bundle airport parking, so the on-airport Economy lot at $14/day is often the honest baseline to beat here.
