AirTrain is not part of hotel-shuttle boarding — it links Long-Term Parking and the garages to the terminals only.
This is the detail most travelers get wrong. Confirm the pickup point with your hotel when you book — shuttle stops move during construction, and at several airports they are not at the arrivals curb at all.
