Free EasyPark shuttles serve Economy Lots A and B every 10–15 minutes, 24/7/365, over a half-mile or less, and all are wheelchair accessible. Economy Lot B is on Ferncroft Road just off Airport Drive, across from the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel at 5501 Eubank Rd. Taxis stage in the center of the lower-level curbside between the garages.
This is the detail most travelers get wrong. Confirm the pickup point with your hotel when you book — shuttle stops move during construction, and at several airports they are not at the arrivals curb at all.

Airport-area hotels near RIC are concentrated in Sandston (Airport Drive / Eubank Road). Staying inside one of these clusters is usually what makes a free shuttle and included parking possible in the first place.
